Dear Joe:
Just wanted to let you know...I bought the contractors kit Saturday at the show. On Sunday I took down about twelve 2' x 12' corrugated alum/figerglass roofing sheets from above our deck in about 1/2 hour! The reach and the leverage helped tremendously.
thx,
Mike. September 29, 2008
Dear Joe:
My husband and I ordered the contractor's set. We removed 1500 square feet of the most awful pine wood flooring ever laid in the home we recently purchased. Part of it was glued and all of it was nailed down. Now, I am a weakling, but with the artillery tool I was able to keep up with my husband! Between the two of us, we were able to clear it out in record time. When our contractor came the first day expecting to start removing that flooring he was shocked. He asked me how we did it and I showed him the tools. Still disbelieving, he and his partner started removing the remaining flooring by the oven and cabinets with a hammer and crowbar.
After several minutes of struggling, I begged Carl to try the tools. He finally agreed and the rest is history. We have given him the set for his future remodeling projects as a bonus for the beautiful job he has done. If we ever move and need to remove flooring in the future, we would gladly spend the money and buy another set. It saved us hundreds of dollars and more importantly made us really happy to get the job done so quickly.
We would like to thank you for designing and selling one of the greatest inventions ever! Our very best wishes to you in your business. Keep up the great work!
Best wishes,
Dr. David and Jill Neidig. September 28, 2008
Joe,
This is one of the best, if not THE best tool I have ever used! I originally purchased the basic set from you at one of the home shows here in Portland Oregon. Since then, I have been remodeling a house I own that was built in 1922. The walls are all plaster & lath.
After tearing out a single wall I knew I had the tool for the job that I needed. I tore out an 8 foot by 8 foot section of plaster & lath in about 15 minutes. Previously it took over an hour for a similar sized section with a crow bar. With the Artillery Tool it was also considerably physically easier than it was with the crow bar.
The fact that it contains the crescent wrench and screwdriver is a great idea, I never have to search for the tools to assemble it.
Thank-you for introducing me to your new invention!
I hope nobody steals it, as I consider it one of the most valuable tools that I own.

Joe,
I just wanted to tell you I received the kit yesterday.
It was exactly what I needed and performed even better than I thought it would. It was so much better than the pry bars I was trying to use it's almost unbelievable.
I was able to clear subfloor about 10 times faster than before, I cleared more out in 30 min. Then what I was able to do in 3 hours using other tools. what a difference using the right tool for the job makes.
Worth every penny, thanks so much.

Dear Joe,
I wanted to thank you for the pry bar system. Your level of customer service is astonishing. There is no way we could have completed our remodel in time with out your wonderful tool. I needed to remove over 1000 sq feet of tile and then pull staples from the other 2000 sq feet of the house that was carpeted. We also need to completely dismantle the kitchen and master bath.
Your tool was indispensable. It broke the tile when nothing else would work. I actually broke the handle on a 20lb sledge hammer trying to break this stuff, it was extremely tough. Pulling staples went from crawling on my hands and knees with a pair of pliers, to simply sliding the pry bar along the floor and popping them out. Tearing out the kitchen and master bath was where the tool really shined. We had one of every crow bar, wonder bar, and hammer I could find. The Artillery Pry Bar worked better than anything in all situations. I only wish that you had 2 of them to sell me at the time, it would have saved us from fighting over who got to use it.
I want to thank you again for understanding my plight, and putting together the pieces that you had laying around, so you could deliver a set to me when I needed it. There is no way that I could have done the demo on the house with just me and a few friends without it. I am a not so handy homeowner, not a contractor. You and your tool literally saved me thousands of dollars on the remodel, and my back at the same time. As good as the Artillery Pry Bar is, it doesn't come close to your customer service. I can't believe the way that you went out of you way to put together a set with pieces that you had on hand, and then delivering it so I could get right to work. When a problem did arise with one of the heads, you drove a hour and replaced it the next day. I am a business owner my self, and you taught me a thing or two about how to treat a customer.
I hope you nothing but success. With the best pry bar and customer service I have ever experienced that shouldn't be a problem.
Thanks

“Thank you for allowing our company to use your Artillery™ Pry Bar kit. Its lightweight feature allowed our crews to work all day without the usual soreness associated with the heavy pry bars we currently use. The versatility of the different size components in the kit was an added bonus, giving us the opportunity to change blades for any specific situation. Our company ( A Cut Above Exteriors) is involved in the residential and commercial application of Siding, Windows, Roofs, Decks, Brick and Cultured Stone. … Your product is a crucial part of our tool inventory. I think every crew should have at least one kit. Once again thanks for letting us sample your awesome product.”

“I have used the Artillery™ Pry Bar System for the past year on different projects and it has proven to be a valuable asset. We have found it is the perfect tool to remove cabinets and all types of existing flooring. The Artillery™ System has also been great for removing old tubs and showers. The different size handles give it the versatility to remove siding with ease. It is also light enough to use on a ladder and can easily fit in a tool belt. The Artillery™ Pry Bar System is now a permanent addition to our repertoire of tools. We at Deegan Renovations believe in working smart, and your tool system has helped us do just that. Thank you again for the opportunity to become more productive because of products like yours.”

“My name is Lindsay Hare. I specialize in the restoration of antique furniture. As a craftsman for the past twenty-five years, I have used a myriad of different tools. I have found that in the short period of time that I have used the Artillery™ Pry Bar, it is far superior to any other tool that I have used to disassemble furniture. Firstly, the Artillery™ Pry Bar has the longer handle that I need for leverage. I also have the option of choosing between a fifteen-inch and a twenty-five inch handle. In addition, the Artillery™ Bar System has many different blade sizes, which allows me to tailor my tool to the particular job that I am doing. I have found the Artillery™ Pry Bar to be indispensable for disassembling chairs and it works exceptionally well in removing the pedestal legs on dinning room tables. I am very impressed with the versatility of the Artillery™ Pry Bar in my restoration work and highly recommend it to any other woodworker.”

A Big thanks to Brandon and the crew over at Decking Northwest for testing the new “decking remover” configuration. The new fulcrum and blade worked really well together. Now I can start the process of getting it produced for my customer base. As soon as it is available we will let you know.
“Joe’s got the right shape figured out to take the decking off effectively.” Brandon Davis stated after testing the decking materials. Decking Northwest is one of Portland’s Premier Decking Companies. |
Contractor in Connecticut tests Artillery Pry Bar System Home Crafters Construction company recently used the Artillery Pry Bar System and was thrilled with the results. Here's what they had to say...
Dear Joe,
We just finished using your Artillery pry bar system for the first time. Our recent remodel job required removal of existing floors for two new bathrooms, a kitchen and a family room. Thank you! Thank you! Your tool spared our backs, saved us lots of time and eliminated most of the stress of removing the oak flooring and plywood sub flooring and decking materials. We will NEVER be without this tool in our demolition "arsenal of tools"!!!
Thanks again!
Sincerely,

James F. Bacchiocchi
Homeowner makes good use of Artillery Home Version System The Davis's in Neilton, Washington got an opportunity to test the Artillery Pry Bar System Home Version on a couple of their home projects, here is what Dave and Jigger had to say...
Dear Joe,
Thank you so much for letting us use your pry bar system to remove the shakes from our house. It was a life saver! Dave is 68 and I am 66. We are not big people, and it saved our shoulders. We used every tool out there, and none compared to yours! There were a few situations that we came across in which a longer handle would have helped.
We also had to take out the windows and it was invaluable in that situation. The precise pressure we could apply kept us from breaking anything.
I am changing my order form the starter set to the complete set and I want the first set off the assembly line!
We scuffed it up some, it doesn't look new, so If you want to sell us this set, we'll take it. It's an awesome system!!
Thank you, again!
Sincerely,
Jigger & Dave Davis
